Been locked up in your house for 21 days might seem like torcher for some, but for me it has been a welcomed break.  I finally have a little extra time to get some exercise in. I usually work long hours and a lot of time in meetings and traffic.  This has impacted my training.  I have tried to make exercise a priority.  But I love my job, I love what I do.

So I have decided to make these next 21 days count. Get my fitness up, get some time with the kids etc.

So in the next 21 days I want to try and do something every day.
